Ten wont do much until they have an extreme make-over.Trotting old has-beens who even in their day werent the sharpest tools in the box is not the answer. Australian TV has been dumbed down so much over the past 20 years, australian TV audiences collectively have a higher IQ than most TV content, so whilst we will always watch major sporting events, or major catostrophic events, we are becoming more particular how we spend our free time. In addition we are now seeing world class TV shows/news/current affairs/debates etc via pay TV. In other words if I have 20 hours a week available for TV watching, I will be looking for quality and TEN has very little of that.Most TEN TV watchers are in the younger, lower socio economic group that has low disposable income. Consequently advertisers , who have fixed budgets will aim their adverts where the money is. Sorry guys ,...it aint TEN.
