    Well that's good to know, it did confuse me a bit - thanks.

    So, what happens when a shell like MOT doesn't announce such change in shareholding? I mean what can shareholders do about it rather than just the usual complaints to the company?

    And also, under what conditions does the company not have to make these announcements, what are exemptions rather?

    Sorry for the questions, saves me asking ASX or ASIC.
