I believe it's been about 3 - 4 weeks, maybe more. But with the continued and ever increasing issue of shares, perhaps the person that sold over 30 million shares recently was no longer a 5% plus shareholder, so the company is under no obligation to inform the market or shareholders, pretty much like everything to do with this shell I guess.
