So, been patiently waiting for some time now for movement.

Does anyone know anything about the Project, the one announced recently; PPS I think, the one that has no revenue as yet and instigated the convertible note scenario? I would have thought the DD would have been completed and an EGM called by now? (Not sure of the protocols here so could be way off)

Also, large shareholders have sold; does anyone know what the ASX/ASIC requirements are regarding the time frame required for an announcement about change of shareholding etc.?
