Looks like a very good quarterly result. Cash position improved $1m rather than declined or stayed flat. Momentum definitely looks in SOO's favour, share price still lagging due to market uncertainty. Uncertainty on government policy is definitely an anchor around the share price though. I presume that the market is awaiting the Federal Budget in two weeks time before weighing into SOO.
