Colliers International are selling the land at Martha Cove.
Sales are currently running at $5 million a month and they are expecting $35 to $40 million (in total) over the summer period.
The sales are steady but are seasonal in nature.
The selling prices have been bought down to match the market.There are now a number of good opportunities for buyers at Martha Cove.
In my view the company really needs to appoint another agent or agents in addition to Colliers to double the sales effort in view of CP1's current debt position.
