There are those who will stifle the debate as soon as an opinion with a hit of a negative sound is voiced. Here and ‘over there’ where the larger CST fan club resides with there cheerleaders, negative opinions will be cut down quick smart. An attitude which is not very conducive to a robust debate and exchange of opinions.

Need product/offering diversification and inform the market
