From personal experience in communicating with the company sec. I will go along with that.
>> Cellestis has a band of followers how usually cut down anybody who suggests they are not totally happy.<<
That, Postmanpat, is a very true statement.
There are those who will stifle the debate as soon as an opinion with a hit of a negative sound is voiced.
Here and ‘over there’ where the larger CST fan club resides with there cheerleaders, negative opinions will be cut down quick smart.
An attitude which is not very conducive to a robust debate and exchange of opinions.
CST - Market perception, sp drivers & issues (in no particular order)
High PE – CST >43 vs AllOrds 13.3
Low dividend yield – CST 0.8% vs AllOrds 5.3%
Low stock liquidity – daily avg. volume <40K
CST hard to exit without rocking the sp
Tight information flow from the company is unhelpful
Limited coverage by analyst restricts the good word getting out among investors
Company under the radar with a their low PR profile
Lack of solid institutional support
Still seen as a company with a one-trick pony risk profile.
Need product/offering diversification and inform the market
