Utterly amazing that there is still no announcement from...

Utterly amazing that there is still no announcement from management in regard to our demise and how this process will play out.

Equally amazing all the big companies and customers who don't appear fazed at all.

It's going to be really interesting to see how the intellectual property ''asset" is going to play out, who will acquire it and what not. I wonder if the "all buyer details are confidential" card will be played in regard to asset acquisition. Could they get away with that or does transparency in these situations prevail?
