$110 mill for the 7200 efs acres is a pretty good price..
$15k per acre.. i have seen bids for $67 k an acre recently and the directors rejecting it saying thats not in the ball park..
i personally know landowners whom have been paid $14k per acre with out any wells drilled within 3 miles when the deal was struck
low .50's seem fine buying to me when you consider even the lowest bid of $25k per acre gets you a $196 mill cash windfall
john armstrong has said a month or so ago that the eur's look to be 600,000 boe.. $55 mill per well is pretty nice real estate with potentially 90 wells all up..
$25,000 gets you $196 mill or .80 a share cash value
$30,000 gets you $227 mill or .92 a share cash value
$35,000 gets you $263 mill or $1.08 a share cash value
$40,000 gets you $303 mill or $1.23 a share cash value
$50,000 gets you $379 mill or $1.54 a share cash value
i will buy as much as i can and i would vote down any offers on the acres that are lower than todays market cap
