Imo, they'll do everything they can to get those oppies in the money and so any raising prior to end Mar/Apr will be small. They are looking at $10.6m into the tin (53m oppies) if they can get sp above .20 by 31 Mar; & a further $3.4m (17m oppies) by end Apr '14. Reckon that'll keep them focused. Probably best prospect for news is Vic at this stage. Extent of sell-off looks a bit knee-jerk to me.
