Clarke, Evan Cranston & Brunsdon have a large majority, my take from the AGM is that Attila can accept the offer, be cashed up and look for other projects (which could take years meanwhile the SP trickles down at a cent per month to little or no value) OR we reject the offer and start production. previous announcements in March made great statements about the supply chain had been established and confirmed with production to begin 2015. If it's such a good deal for Magni to suddenly offer cash and jump why not keep it?
It smells of directors wanting large pockets of cash and grabbing a parachute.
