The way I am reading the announcement I don't think Attila get to retain any interest in Kodiak. The announcement states "Attla Resources Limited has reached an agreement to sell its 70% interest in Attila Resources US LLC ("Attila US") which holds a 100% interest in Kodiak. Does anyone know who holds the remaining 30% of Attila US? Perhaps the original vendor? I see the transaction is subject to Magni Resources raising financing for the transaction - Anyone know who Magni have lined up to fund this? Pretty challenging time to fund coal projects at present so I recon this is the key.
