that there's no deal been done shows there's not much faith in vanadium market price. the sales forecasts VWL were putting out must have been overly optimistic or misleading. where does this leave wvl ?

1) noble unlikely to want it, since vanadium doesn't make money
2) mineral resources unlikely to encourage reed resources to develop barrambie
3) no other commodity trader is likely to want it

the receiver needs to have the debt recovery sorted out soon. hate to say it, but this project will end up being sold off piece by piece and / or as scrap.

on a brighter note, the ex CFO / Finance Director started as CFO at Paladin this week. watch out Paladin shareholders ! WVL shareholders should look at derivative action against the directors on this one - seems duty of care and due diligence were a bit lacking.
