I think the price they got for Wallbrook is good / generous.
That said and as a holder of SAR i think the deal really does put SAR into a different league if you look at the economies of scale they have now. SAR should be in production by August / September. Guido is a smart man and his team is top notch. I am happier to hold SAR and NAV rather than JAK to be frank. JAK really haven't done much since listing apart from broken promises and burning cash.
I personally think their are better stocks out their than JAK with better mgt. The $$$ JAK got for this just shows the value SAR can get out of it due to the Carouse Dam mill being next door...I have seen Guido (MD) put a $100,000,000 value on the mill alone....SAR current market cap $50m.....
