im thinking there will be at least 2 more credit raisings. roughly 09/2019 and 09/2020.
though there is an interesting assumption in the latest state one report where they have assumed WBT will try to secure 2.5M of debt funding in FY21E. I wonder if this was based on information provided by WBT or just an assumption.
