Hi Jen. It was a few years ago when it was RAD and producing networking and data equipment and for my part SDH Nodes and cross connects as part of a project. Unfortunately RAD was unable to compete with the bigger guys and that is where the development of memory equipment comes about. One of the issues in network equipment is the speed of routing and routing tables...hence 10nm PIM that will radically speed up throughput.
I have not been back to Israel and the plant since then but I would suspect that it has undergone dramatic changes since I was last there. The equipment that RAD produced was first class in all aspects and did what was required of it a lot better than the larger company equipment especially in the transport of video back in those days (2000).
