This is thorough research, thank you. I remember thinking Everblu was a red flag when i saw that they were doing the cap raise for us, but ive since learnt that alot of this type of thing goes on, Everblu might just be the poster child, follow @stockswami on twitter, he often calls out companies for the type of behavior that rips off retail, it is everywhere on the ASX. I think its highly likely Weebit used Everblu for the cap raise because Ashley Krongold recommended them, i believe very little shares were issued to Everblu for the cap raise though, instead they opted to pay for the service. I dont think Everblu is making a move for Weebit. Ashley Krongold doesnt appear to have immediate connections with Everblu, and if he buys or sells shares in Weebit i believe it would require an announcement. This isnt to say that the seeds havent called this a red flag and are getting out though.
