AGO are not strangers to acquisitions and this one would cost them a pittance since they already own 45%.
Even if they offered 14c per share, thats still less than $40 mil for the whole lot.
But I suspect this is not the case yet.
There are some games afoot on the SP and might be sometime before they play out.
We might see above 10c by New Year.
