SALE OF GOLD COAST INTERNATIONAL HOTEL
Cira International Pty Ltd confirms the sale of the Gold Coast
International Hotel to Amalgamated Holdings Limited for $56.5 million
as announced on 28 August 2008.
Cira International Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of CP1 Limited, confirms that
the sale will complete upon an approval being granted by the Office of
Liquor Gaming and Racing. The application for approval relates to
the Liquor Licence Interim Management Agreement.
Upon receiving notification of this approval the transaction will settle.
