I understand that it is just the GCI site that has been sold - cira will retain the large block of land strategically across from their other holding, the Paradise Resort. The whole project was purchased for $75M so $56.5M for the hotel site in the current market seems a good price.
Paydown of debt should be positive for the sp imo.
