    Question to all is why would the seller want to drive the price down?

    Well the answer could be they wouldn't because they had made a deal to buy the shares at a fixed price HANDSHAKE OVER THE TABLE

    or

    they want to accumulate more cheap shares and prepared to use their buying power to keep the price down.


    Has to be one of the two scenarios. IMHO.
