    wrong look through debt is around 3.3 billion sell if you sell $93 M in assets you cant say that that will wipe 93 Million of debt off.
    THe debt wiped out is the $93.00 less the debt owend on the assets
    So probabaly only around 40M left to paydown other loans

    SO on $3.3 billion look through debt for the company 40M wiped off is less than 1 percent debt reduction not 25% debt reduction.
