Just to follow up on my post above - I sent the relevant form in to participate in the share sale, in what I thought was plenty of time (3 business days). However it must not have arrived in time...because today I recieved a cheque for the cash part of the transfer....and presumably my small amount of shares will now be listed on the TSX. God knows what sort of brokerage & paperwork I'll need to complete in order to sell them. Probably not worth it now.

I know it was my own fault for leaving it late, but still, not happy!
