It is my believe Sage has already got parties ready to take whatever cobalt he could produce or salvage.
If he could have off take agreement we do not need to raise . At this climate -- doubling cobalt prices due to increasing demands and shortage ( from electric cars and battery ). There is scrambling for legitimate supplier .
With his record I would not be surprise this will happen.
