I guess the Farmers could say AWB was fraudulent by concealing material facts relating to the sale of their wheat? Breach on contract then resulted?
add that to the pile of cons i came up with ;)
Either way this will go through the courts with appeal after appeal till everyone is broke...awb wont give up 400 million easily.
