they don't have to go to 10% to have an impact
even a 1 or 2% rise in this mkt over time will have those who have purchased way above the reserve and that's nearly everyone looking to refinance or downsize to a smaller or other location
if their lucky to have any spare change left after paying any cap gains tax then its most likely to come back into the sharemarket and bingo the bull mkt continues its upward momentum only this time it'll probably be more focused on the top 100 rather than the small to midcaps
