DMR still stalling navy, preparations being made to go back to court to get the judge to sign the paperwork, not complying with the court order of 10 days to sort it out means we won't be waiting forever to get a court date.
the court ordered a resolution in 10 days, the DMR requested another 7 days when that expired , which should have meant an announcement on the 23rd February, and since then we've had excuses.
derewo approx. 5 weeks behind scheduled timeline which expired end of march, with 6 armed guards onsite and with another death at the alluvial site they are hoping this will prompt gov't officials to move a bit quicker, my guess is that the longer nothing happens on both fronts the sooner they will say fook it let's just start mining given that we don't need permission to do so, but I could be wrong again.
reminds me of the quote " better to have great management with a poor project, than poor management with a great project"
