Identify yourself to to your fellow shareholders.

Do you have a LinkedIn profile that we can all easily peruse so we can assess your suitability? Surely that shouldn't be an issue for you given you want to run a public company?

Tell us who you are, your qualifications and experience. Have you been the director of either a private or listed company before? Are you sufficiently across ASX listing rules and compliance?

You have Holton ignoring you. How will you manage a working relationship with him as your managing director? What's your plan there, try and get rid of him too? Good luck, he owns substantially more of this company than what you do.
