Von, you seem to think that Richard may side with you? Have you considered that he is perhaps just being polite hearing you out? I met with Richard and Peter pre IPO and they seemed very much like established friends.

I'll buy you a carton if he votes in your direction, reckon my money would be safe.

If you don't like the way they are running the company then sure you can spend your energy trying to tell everyone how much better you could do it or as is the route you are following you can 'try' to get them pushed aside but at the end of the day I think you are wasting your energy. Perhaps if you think it's a terribly run company then licking wounds and moving on is the answer?

My expectation is that you shout down my opinion as you have done to anyone else who does not agree but I would ask that you first step back and at least give it some thought.
