From what Von has posted, I think Peter Holton shouldn't have allowed this situation to escalate to where it is now.  Peter Holton should have the interpersonal skills to deal with tricky situations and personalities, and if he doesn't, he shouldn't be in his current position.  Had he not fobbed Von off in the first place, we might possibly have more contracts signed and the sp might be at a decent level.  I understand Von's frustration and Peter Holton better learn to suck it up or find another job. IMO
