You really need to get your head around the fact this wasn’t a overnight idea, that management have served lip service for 12 months and that I have already extended the olive branch numerous times to avoid this action

If/when a S249D is called, the parties bringing the action submit a statement to shareholders providing their reasoning, along with accompanying documents. In order for me to evidence my perceieved failures of management, copies of things like personal email correspondence is needed

I don’t care if you think it’s poor form, it’s part of the process and they had fair warning. This company would be far better off if a few had thicker skin, less ego and more focus !
