I wouldn't appreciate an outsider (even though you may be a shareholder), constantly trying to advise the Company on what to do.
SP3 are clearly and diligently carrying out the growth plans of the Business, albeit much slower than you have anticipated.

The point is that it is Von's business - and I'd suggest quite a few of the other posters on here's business. Shareholders own the company - and by rights they then "elect" people to manage their company.
SP3 is a public company!
If the people manging the company are not doing a good job, and themselves have very little financial interest in the company, then why not replace them with someone who promises more than that.
There are a portion of "directors" and "management" on public companies living the good life on the back of shareholders investments.
At the speculative end of the market I want every one drawing an income from my companies to have significant skin in the game.
When it comes to CRs, the dilution needs to affect these guys too, not just the holders. In that way they will ensure that they make the utmost effort to have the SP as high as possible at any dilution point.
