I Emailed my neighbour the same question. He lives off the stockmarket
Thats all he does, great lifestyle. This is what he wrote back

My best guess is this is the start of a pullback . The technical guys say we could get down to 3800 by mid November .
BHP and RIO are heading down over the next month . Oil price should weaken too . Big four banks are overbought and should pull back too


This seems to be in line with what you are saying Saintstok
you say small gains 6-12 months.
My neighbours saying a pullback till Nov,than were off again
