Yep, that could happen for sure.
Any 'engineering' is more difficult and expensive in large caps stocks, so timing will be important, probably to coincide with something similar in the broader market.
In general, an accumulation phase lasts for about 2-4 months, and September is 6 months away, so plenty of time I guess........
