Wow, you've done well.

I too struggle with weight a bit these days.  Dr wanted me to lose 7 kilos - I think I'm probably half way now.

That's one of the reasons I want to get back into serious golf.

We spent 3 months in Phnom Penh, late Dec 17-late March 18, and there was a gym in the apartment complex where we were staying.  First time I'd done any serious weight stuff in years.  I did kind of like it.  If it wasn't for all the cheap booze available there I probably would have benefited a lot more.  I do miss my 50c beers. 

It's taken me a long time to get used to living in Australia again - I really felt that I didn't belong for a long while.   Think I've turned the corner now.
