Sadly, I have been making a serious attempt to lose some weight recently, so I'm not eating or drinking very much at all......
I have been at it (losing weight) on an off for a couple of years now.
When I was younger I could lose weight easy, just by doing some exercise, like playing sport, not so much anymore though.
I go to the gym almost every day, and work my ar$e off.
And sure, I am really fit now, but the weight loss was only moderate.
When working out at the gym I seem to be able to maintain a constant weight, but not really lose any (or not very much).
So sadly, I have been following a fairly strict diet as well as working out for a couple of months, which is working quite well.
I have started losing weight again.
I can't wait for it to be over though, so I can start eating normally again - I like food !!
I started at the gym two and a half years ago, and weighed in at ~106kg when I joined up, and just working out got me down to about 95-96kg over a couple of years. So it has been a pretty slow process.
Since actually starting a diet, as well as working out.....I weighed in below 90kg last week.
So Yeah, drinking.....
I drink wine, mostly red, but some whites and rose' in summer
I like a beer, generally a light crisp beer, not a heavy style
and I drink bourbon, usually with cola
