The way I see it, it is a modification to the Andrews' theory in the same manner as Schiff and modified Schiff which only hold for certain circumstances. But I've now seen it a few times as my eye gets more and more in tune with charts and it just seems to work with freakish reliability sometimes. I'll keep it going anyway and observe over a longer time period.
