I've written to ASX stating that they should demand an explanation from S & P about this.
If there is a legitimate explanation of their reasoning for including and then dumping PMV from the index ( i.e. an explanation that doesn't involve misleading and deceptive conduct, manipulation and collusion ), I'm sure they should be happy to provide it.
