Going to court is never great for any company, but looks as though AVQ needs it to help us win K back and if we win, can only mean a good move to getting the PL for Kolosori.

IMO, maybe Ryan is firing back now as funding approval may in the immediate future and we might be able to afford building the mine and going to court.
