When RXP has made acquisitions in the past they have issued shares as consideration.
Plenty of these new 'holders' saw their investment cut in half when the SP plunged.
Id say quite a few of them don't really pride themselves on their valuation prowess and have taken the volume spike provided by the result to cash in some of their script. Might be worth checking some of the escrow arrangements too.
