Mr. Rod Della Vedova, B.Sc. served as the Chief Chemist at Dampier Salt Ltd (Rio Tinto Ltd) for 11 years. Mr. Vedova served as Process Superintendent for Dampier Salt Ltd for the Karratha and Port Hedland Salt Operations for 24 years. Mr. Vedova has over 30 years experience in the Solar Salt industry. Mr. Vedova has extensive background in the large scale commercial production of salt by solar evaporation techniques. He has been a Non Executive Director of Reward Minerals Limited. since January 18, 2013. Mr. Vedova holds a BSc degree in Chemistry and a Post Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University.

I still think once RWD has completed BFS that one of the majors will have a tilt at them. Rio, FMG or K + S...if I was to pick one it would be K + S. Also I don't think the Doc would have handed over the reins to anyone.
