The problem with your argument is that there is nobody in Australia who has taken a SOP operation to production.
Salt or lithium evap experience is the next best thing.
I would think that a proper understanding of evap chemistry also helps.
If you think that RWD hasn't used independent consultants you are mistaken. For example Consultants familiar with operations in Utah have been involved in designing the processing.
