KLL pick it up for nothing and then managed to entice an investor to come and develop it for zero cost to KLL. To the indigenous issue - KLL have already shown to be astute in dealing with indigenous approvals (fastest in WA mining history on Beyondie I understand) so perhaps they won't have the same issues as Ruane? So free upside for KLL and nothing for RWD?
Not something I'd be pleased and crowing about as a RWD holder.
