Israel used to warn the Russians about impending strikes in the vicinity of Russian interests, but on this occasion, only gave a ONE MINUTE warning, so no chance to get the plane out of harms way.
Russia should have the s-300's and s-400's running 24/7, with any intruder, whether Israeli or NATO, blown out of the sky.
