The sooner Russia can get a political solution on the table that preserves Syrian borders the better. Then all these 3rd parties can go home. They really need to expedite this now ISIS is down to two tiny pockets (apart from the sleeper cells) and the IDLIB obliteration seems to be off the cards. A federal solution?
You would hope for an announcement on this front within the next two weeks or something is not quite right?
