I don't know what to make of it, Iran and Russia are certainly long term allies. The evidence points to Syrian incompetence that brought down the Russian plane and yet Russia propaganda pinning it on Israel and using that to bring in previously stalled delivery of S300's which will be used to deny Israeli airstrikes on Iranian weapons depots which have previously been carried out unhindered by Russia despite Russia being forewarned of them and passing that info along to their Iranian allies......(leading to shorter warning times by Israel) so make of that what you will. Seems like Russia is picking a side for an anticipated upcoming regional conflict escalation and everyone will take notice. It's almost a sure thing now that Iran/Russia will be allies against Isreal/Saudi in any upcoming larger regional conflict.
