Well, as far as I'm concerned, once peace is restored and the militants are gone, Iran and Hezbollah can go home. I dont think them having a slice of Syria was part of the plan. Even Russia pays to lease its military facilities. Russia is admittedly there to stay (as a tenant) . The rest can leave when they are no longer needed.
