Re "rules of engagement" ....... are you saying that Russia and Israel have an agreement whereby Israel can come in and blow up anything it likes any time it likes with impunity?
Some missile attacks in the past occurred at strangely convenient times for the terrorists that Israel supports, aloowing them to take advantage. I always figured THAT was the real reason for the attacks.....
