Well pretty much trump see's all collectivist country's as juvenile in psychology (having the blanked personality and affect of a child)...and he is right there 100% as there is no magic when it comes to this.....what you see with your own eyes is what they have got going on at their frontal lobe.
But all else will be bluster because he knows exactly who he is dealing with...as above...and as such collectivist ideologues with their innate paranoid belief systems more than makes up any physical action he could take...Russian must respond in kind to save face as is typical....both Russia and the US under Trump at least sit above and both laugh at just about all of the rest of the words stage....with the possible exception of china.
